Acoustic Arts began life delivering educational workshops and public art projects for schools and community organisations throughout the UK. Over the last 25 years we have created interactive musical installations for arts and cultural events from Glastonbury Festival to Gardener's World Live. Other clients include the National Trust, RHS, NHS, RNIB, WOMAD and Arts Council England.

The Acoustic Arts team of artists, teachers and musicians has extensive experience of working with young people of all abilities. By focussing on the musical and sculptural properties of everyday materials, our workshops and installations have provided an accessible route for people with no musical experience to explore their creative and artistic potential.

Our team now works on developing educational resources and training programmes for teachers, play workers and other practitioners interested in improving their musical play and construction skills. If you would like to learn how to turn recycled materials into tuned percussion instruments and use them to lead a musical workshop, please Contact Us at any time to discuss your options.
